Hakuoki - Iba Hachirou

Iba from Hakuoki.
Although he is not in the original best boys squad, I still like him because he is a gentle soul despise his problem with his hand~ 
and I recently got a book on drawing birds so I used this one as a practice, but still have much to learn about bird anatomy ^^
